BSV is looking for potential partners
who can complement its product development skills with the expertise
and resources in getting the products registered in the regulated
markets. This would entail determining the exact regulatory
requirements of individual countries and the studies required
by them and guiding BSV in completing the studies for getting
the regulatory approvals. Since BSV would be conducting the
main clinical trial fully compliant with the
ICH-GCP guideline for the registration of the drug in India,
the alliance partner should be able to advise BSV on the additional
smaller clinical trials required as bridging studies for the
registration of the drug in the regulated markets.
In return, BSV can seek strategic business alliances of its
proprietary technology for the manufacture and/or marketing
of its products for the world market to the partner.
The Business Partner Company would benefit by having access
to a ready-made technology package, which otherwise would
require significant investments in time and monetary resources
to develop and conduct various studies for getting the regulatory
approvals. The technology developed by BSV would enable the
Partner Company to manufacture and market a cost effective
product with tremendous advantage over the existing products.
