Ambernath Facility

BSV has recently commissioned a new "state-of-the-art" injectibles manufacturing plant at Ambernath, approx. 60 kms. from Mumbai The Plant has been constructed as per the guidelines of the UK-MCA to enable access to European markets. The design and the engineering of the facility has been developed to enable the manufacture of the products in accordance with the best international "good manufacturing practices". It has also been accorded the WHO-GMP certification.

The total constructed area of the Ambernath facility is 65,000 sq. ft. with additional land area available for further expansion. It has
a capacity to produce 15.0 million vials per year with provision for further expansion. The plant has three separate lines of production.
